Travel Costs: When it comes to travel, I like to keep things simple and transparent:

Local Area: For shoots within 20 miles of BA4, no travel fee is charged.

Beyond Local: For locations outside this radius, I charge a standard rate of 50p per mile + £15 per hour for travel time that exceeds 1 hour.

If you are located over 3 hours travel time from me an overnight charge of £120 will be added.

Destination Shoots: For international or longer-distance shoots, I create a custom travel package that includes airfare, accommodation, and a daily allowance. This ensures everything is taken care of, allowing us to focus purely on capturing the magic of your brand story.
